Position Summary:

Takes room service meal orders over the phone. Answers questions / assists patients with menu selections based on their diet orders. Performs diet office tasks which relate to the transfer of information concerning patients: diet, meal selections, preferences and complaints.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required

• Must be able to read/write/understand English language

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year related experience
