Summary:
The Director of Total Rewards will impact the organization by demonstrating thought leadership on the development of total rewards methodologies and approaches, implementing current and new initiatives, while ensuring the delivery of programs are aligned with business objectives. This position has the unique opportunity to work hands-on while simultaneously providing direction in program development to a growing and evolving organization. This role will partner with the HR, Finance and Legal team within Middlesex Health to ensure compensation, health, welfare, retirement and leave strategies are aligned with the organization’s compensation/benefits philosophies and market competitiveness. This role also has oversight of Payroll operations .
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's preferred
10 years experience of increasing Human Resource responsibilities with focus on compensation.
Able to work independently, take initiative and multi task in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge and understanding of HR related regulatory requirements
Strong project management skills including leading cross-functional/matrixed teams
Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
SHRM certification
5 years healthcare human resource experience
