Position Summary:
Under minimal supervision performs and provides secretarial, clerical and administrative support services to the Physical Rehabilitation Department. Prepares correspondence in final form, schedules and receives patients, resolves billing insurance issues and orders supplies as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Two years training in secretarial skills.
- Typing, computer use and word processing skills.
- Effective communication; people skills and telephone skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a healthcare setting
