Specimen Processor Technical Assistant
Hours: Part-Time/32 hours (This is a benefits eligible position).
Shift Details: 2nd shift - Monday -Friday 4:00pm-10:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays (Shift Differentials Apply!)

Position Summary:
The Specimen Processor Technical Assistant receives specimens from all procurement areas and orders laboratory tests based on physician orders. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: processing specimens for specific departments/locations in the laboratory and preparing specimens to be sent out to Reference Laboratories.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology
- Previous laboratory experience
